How Stephen Became A Coach 

Our founder, Coach Stephen, discovered his passion for helping sales professionals grow while working as a Sales Rep. After an extraordinary year in a highly competitive environment, he dramatically shifted market share in just one year. His firm adopted his sales processes across all Business Units and asked him to train their sales teams. Through this experience, Stephen realized his true passion for sales and coaching, leading him to create One On One Sales Coaching.

Stephen, born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Has spent the better part of his life acquiring a range of skills and knowledge. With a passion for people and what makes people tick, coupled with a unique formal and informal background in various highly technical fields, he brings a unique element to sales training. Coach Stephen is a trained Red Seal Technician and Sales Person, and holds a Degree in Finance. He has spent time studying at one the top Commerce Universities in Europe and spends his personal time studying the psychology of people.
